I'm a bubbly island girl with a zest for life, fueled by the freedom of outdoor play and adventures. Growing up on an island, I found solace and strength near the water, shaping my love for creativity and spirituality nurtured by my Christian upbringing.
Life threw me a curveball with a serious accident that left me visually impaired, but I refused to let it define me. Through therapy and creative expression, I found healing using the arts in therapeutic settings to overcome my own mental health struggles. Academics were a challenge, I persevered with a 'can do' attitude instilled by Caribbean schooling.

Health challenges with my eye prompted a shift from my initial goals of pursuing law and politics to embracing the transformative realms of Creative Expressive Therapies. Alongside my studies, I engaged in various creative endeavors, such as music and event planning, which played pivotal roles in shaping my journey towards empowerment and self-awareness.
